Delivery Information


We currently deliver free of charge to all UK mainland addresses and we fulfil all orders at 10am from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We also deliver to Northern Ireland (£2.49 for Two Day Delivery), Central London (£0.75 for Next Day Delivery), Isle of Man (£7.19 for Two Day Delivery), and Scottish Highlands and British Isles (£4.70 for Two Day Delivery).


To ensure only the freshest beer is getting to you, we select products near to their production dates (unless specified) and we always use a next-day, or two day, delivery service.


Someone over the age of 18 needs to receive your delivery as our couriers are instructed to perform Challenge 25. We always recommend refrigerating your beers as soon as you can.


Please note we do not offer a guaranteed delivery service, and it may take 1-3 days for your box to arrive. You or your recipient will need to take in the box on one of these delivery days, and we cannot offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was attempted on one of those days.


If you are purchasing for a special occasion, we would always advise selecting your delivery date a day or two before you need the beer.


 Our default courier is DPD and they will aim to get to you before 7pm on your chosen day of beer delivery.


You will be given the option to confirm or change “safe place” instructions via a text and/or email once the delivery has been dispatched. Therefore, you must leave a mobile telephone number and an email address for the recipient. No telephone or email addresses, or any personal information, will be used for anything other than tracking updates and notifications.


We are unable to offer any refunds if your beer does not arrive with you on time if you have failed to provide safe place instructions, a mobile telephone number and an email address for tracking updates and notifications.


What happens if my beer doesn't arrive?

If your beer has not arrived by the end of the next day, then please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate.


It is imperative that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date, or collect the order the following day. We are unable to offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was delivered on one of those days.
